About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London. We are seeking a User and Security Support Analyst to join our Epic Users & Security team. This role is essential for managing access to the Epic security infrastructure, ensuring that our clinicians, health professionals, and administrators have the necessary access to data while maintaining system security. You will be involved in analyzing job roles and coordinating with various subject matter experts to configure Epic effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative program aimed at enhancing health and care delivery across our Trusts.

Requirements

Experience
Experience with engaging and working with stakeholders to secure support with projects. Experience of implementation or operational support of Epic applications or other IT enterprise EHR systems. Expertise in problem-solving, able to analyze and interpret complex problems using initiative. Experience of managing support tickets.

About you
You are a highly motivated individual with a willingness and ability to learn. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with staff at all levels. A team player focused on achieving results, you demonstrate attention to detail and a conscientious approach to achieving quality outcomes.

Qualifications
Educated to Degree level or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience. Epic Security certification is desirable.
