About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team! You will provide in-class support for a Year 5 child and may support other pupils across the school if required. Your role will involve delivering consistent academic, pastoral, and behavioural support to help students thrive in their learning environment.
Arc School Napton offers primary provision in a small school setting within the Warwickshire countryside. Pupils are placed in classes based on learning stage rather than age, ensuring they access education tailored to their needs. The school is part of Kedleston Group, specialising in education and care for children aged 7-19 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), ADHD, and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

Experience
Experience working as a 1-2-1 Support/Teaching Assistant is desirable, with experience across both mainstream and specialist teaching settings preferred. Experience working with SEN children in an educational setting is essential.
