About the Role
With 49,000 colleagues in over 140 countries, WTW helps organisations make forward-thinking choices about their people, investments and risks. Joining our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory (ECBA) business, you will be part of this impact from day one. ECBA provides strategic, research-driven consulting to help companies balance talent and governance risks while driving business results. Working closely with management and boards, you will help shape executive pay arrangements that withstand scrutiny from shareholders, regulators and other stakeholders. This is complex, sensitive and fascinating work delivered across a wide range of industries through expert advice, market-leading data and digital tools.

Our graduate programme offers immediate and valuable contributions to cross-industry client assignments. You will develop consulting, practical and technical skills through our 12-month FAST START training programme, using creativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful insights. You will draft reports with impactful data visualisation and storytelling, gain exposure to real client assignments, and build relationships with high-profile clients across sectors.

You will broaden your understanding of client solutions, digital platforms and AI applications reshaping the industry, while continuously developing skills aligned with your talents and interests. Projects include reviewing executive pay design, supporting corporate governance and regulatory reviews, providing market benchmarking on pay elements, assisting Boards with strategic remuneration decisions, drafting Directors’ Remuneration Reports, conducting financial analysis to align pay with company performance, and using data analytics and regulatory research to qualify compensation strategies.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to work on projects involving the wider Work & Rewards business and join our journey harnessing GenAI to enhance productivity and quality.
