As part of the 12-month FAST START training programme, you will develop consulting, practical and technical skills while working on complex strategic projects. You will use creativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful insights, draft reports with impactful data visualisation and storytelling, and gain exposure to real client assignments. You will build relationships with high-profile clients, identify business development opportunities, research prospects and develop proposals.
Your work will include guiding organisations on pay transparency, conducting pay equity analytics, collaborating with Data & Analytics teams on market pay benchmarking, developing pay philosophies and salary structures, designing incentive programmes, optimising total rewards, leveraging data science for skills insights, and implementing job levelling and career frameworks. You will also contribute to improving performance management approaches and harness AI to enhance productivity and quality.
