During this eight-week internship, you will gain invaluable real-world experience by working alongside expert consultants. You will develop consulting, practical and technical skills through a structured intern training programme and apply your education to challenging live projects. You will gain experience working with clients, supporting colleagues, analysing data, drawing conclusions and presenting findings.
The work in W&R is varied and challenging. You may be involved in projects such as guiding organisations on pay transparency, conducting pay equity analytics, collaborating with Data & Analytics teams for market pay benchmarking, reviewing executive pay design, developing pay philosophies and salary structures, using data analytics to inform compensation strategies, optimising total rewards programmes, designing job levelling and career frameworks, and improving performance management approaches.
Additionally, you will join WTW’s journey to harness AI to enhance productivity and quality across the business.
