About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join WTW as an Account Executive within the dedicated placing team, administering and arranging construction-related insurances for North America clients. You will provide day-to-day client service, addressing requests and queries from clients, insurers, and other third parties. Key responsibilities include advice on cover, contract reviews, placement of cover, negotiation and arrangement of local policies as required, issuance of evidence(s) of insurance, and ongoing servicing following placement. You will provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise where required, understand clients’ business and risk management needs, and deliver through ongoing service. The role involves maintaining information on databases, preparing documentation to renew/place business within London and overseas markets, preparing market presentations and underwriting submissions, interpreting and reviewing quotations to ensure they meet client needs, negotiating terms and cover alterations with insurers, and completing reports and insurance summaries for all interested parties. You will attend key client and market meetings, work with clients, insurers, and overseas networks to resolve technical issues, and liaise with other WTW divisions and offices to access specialist expertise and provide local servicing where needed.

Experience
Comprehensive technical knowledge of insurance, preferably construction insurance, to effectively address client needs. Proven experience delivering high levels of direct client service. Experience working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery. Good understanding of the processes supporting the operating model and strategy for the Business Unit and WTW Great Britain overall.

About you
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers. Professional approach representing the Business Unit and WTW Group with credibility. Excellent client focus and ability to analyse situations to provide optimum solutions. Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis. Good presentation skills. Working knowledge of the construction industry. Fluency in French or another European language is preferable but not essential.

Qualifications
Preferably educated to degree level or with relevant industry experience. Professional qualifications such as ACII or similar are preferred.
