About the Role
We are recruiting two Adult Social Care Transformation Leads to join the Corporate Transformation & Delivery Team at Tower Hamlets Council. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a portfolio of high-impact transformation and efficiency programmes across Adult Social Care (ASC). You will work collaboratively with ASC, the wider Corporate Transformation Team, and colleagues across multiple directorates to design and implement complex transformation initiatives that improve resident outcomes, enhance service quality, drive efficiencies, and support the Council's strategic priorities.

Experience
- Significant experience leading and delivering transformation, change, or improvement programmes within local government, health and social care, or similarly complex environments.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver complex projects while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working on efficiency and savings-driven projects, particularly within Adult Social Care.
- Strong programme and project management skills.
- Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels and engage stakeholders effectively.
