As an Agent at Infrasolutions, a subsidiary of Ferrovial Construction, you will support the delivery of a complex infrastructure project in Tilbury. You will be responsible for managing site works safely and efficiently, ensuring the project is delivered on programme, within budget, and meets quality and environmental standards. The role involves maintaining strong working relationships with the client, Commercial team, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage site operations to ensure strong commercial performance and safe, successful project delivery. Deliver works safely and without environmental incidents, meeting required quality standards free from defects. Develop and implement project and management plans in line with company procedures. Prepare procurement schedules and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure resources are available. Act as a point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships. Maintain effective cost control while maximising project value. Keep accurate and detailed site diaries and records. Identify and promote value engineering and efficiency opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce costs. Produce accurate monthly reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Chair weekly site meetings in accordance with company procedures.
Experience
Proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry, ideally in civil engineering. Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading project teams. Applied commercial and contractual knowledge, with experience operating in a cost-conscious environment. Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering supported by relevant project experience. Computer literacy. Valid CSCS card. Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers or equivalent is desirable.

Qualifications
