As an Agent at Infrasolutions, a subsidiary of Ferrovial Construction, you will support the delivery of a complex infrastructure project in Tilbury. Your role will involve managing site works safely and efficiently, ensuring the project is delivered on programme, within budget, and meets quality and environmental standards. You will maintain strong working relationships with the client, Commercial team, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors.

Key responsibilities include managing site operations, ensuring strong commercial performance, delivering works safely and to quality standards, developing and implementing project and management plans, preparing procurement schedules, acting as a client contact, maintaining cost control, keeping detailed site records, promoting value engineering and efficiency, producing accurate monthly reports, and chairing weekly site meetings in line with company procedures.

Experience
Proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry, ideally in civil engineering. Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading project teams. Applied commercial and contractual knowledge with experience in a cost-conscious environment. Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering supported by relevant project experience. Computer literacy. Valid CSCS card. Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers or equivalent is desirable.
