About the Role

As a Graduate Design Engineer within Ferrovial Construction UK&I, you will contribute to the delivery of the Calvert HS2 Maintenance Depot, one of the major infrastructure facilities within the HS2 programme.

The 2-year graduate development programme is designed to develop your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Design Managers and collaborate closely with the site team. Initially based in Euston, London, you will gain exposure to multidisciplinary design solutions, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include supporting design delivery, managing RFIs, maintaining project documentation, participating in design workshops, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Experience
Graduates with a degree or master’s in engineering (all disciplines considered). Design engineering experience and CSCS card are desirable but not essential. Familiarity with Microsoft packages is expected.

Qualifications
Must have the right to work in the UK at the start and throughout the graduate programme. Degree or master’s in engineering required. CSCS card and civils background are advantageous but not mandatory.
