About the Role
Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform specializing in property management, investment management, development, and construction services for institutional-quality rental housing. The Analyst, Portfolio Management, supports all aspects of portfolio management including allocation decisions, hold-sell analysis, financings, equity raising, and relationship management. This pivotal role contributes to value creation for institutional partners and the internal business by collaborating with key stakeholders and supporting critical decision-making processes.

The Analyst will prepare financial models, assess portfolio performance, monitor key metrics, and assist in new venture formation and annual budgeting. They will also support reporting and presentation of key performance data to internal committees and external investors, helping to drive informed, value-enhancing decisions on new and existing strategies.

This role offers exposure to diverse portfolio management activities including research, modelling, analysis, and strategic support across the business.

Experience
- Demonstrated experience in an analytical role within investment banking, private equity, or related finance sectors.
- Strong quantitative background with expertise in financial modelling, valuations, and financial analysis.
- Experience working within a related geographical region is preferred.

Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (2:1 or above) in finance, business management, real estate, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, science, or engineering.
- IT literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI tools is a plus.
