About the Role
Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service at Barnet Corporate Reception, ensuring an exceptional visitor experience. You will be responsible for visitor coordination, managing reception operations, delivering high standards of customer service, and providing administrative support. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and stakeholders, maintaining a positive corporate image while ensuring efficient communication and smooth day-to-day reception activities. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience that reflects the Council’s values and commitment to excellent customer service. You will manage reception operations, provide information and assistance, and ensure all visitors feel valued and supported during their time at the Council buildings.

Experience
Previous experience in a corporate reception or concierge environment is desirable, with the ability to deliver high standards of professionalism, organisation, and customer care.
