You will respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, helping families understand SEND processes, navigate the system, and make informed decisions.

This role involves managing a varied caseload, offering tailored support on SEND matters, and working collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.

Barnet is a vibrant borough with excellent schools, diverse communities, and vast green spaces. As part of a friendly and supportive team, you will contribute to making a genuine difference in the lives of children, young people, and families in the area. The council values learning, caring, inclusivity, and collaboration, which underpin all its work.

Training and ongoing professional development will be provided, including support to deepen your knowledge of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice.

About you
