About the Role
As a Home Library Service Officer, you will provide an efficient and effective service under the direction of the Assistant Locality Community Services Manager (ALCSM) and Locality Community Services Manager (LCSM) for the relevant locality. You will supervise Home Library Service volunteers and maintain day-to-day relationships with key partners and stakeholders involved in the service. This role supports Barnet Council’s commitment to delivering excellent community services and fostering inclusive, collaborative working environments.

Experience
Experience of driving with a current, clean driving licence is essential. Experience delivering excellent customer service is required.

You will have a good standard of education, equivalent to GCSE grades A-C or 9-4, with good numeracy and literacy skills. You should be committed to providing high-quality service and working collaboratively with volunteers and stakeholders.
