About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. Sam works on the floor most days, leading by example because we believe in leading from the front. Our team members aren't just employees; they're part of our family. We are looking for front of house staff — waiters, waitresses, and bar staff — who love hospitality and take real pride in looking after people. Experience
