Pay consists of a house salary plus an average of tronc, with excess tronc distributed based on a points system.
Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You are warm, confident and calm under pressure, able to motivate and develop your team to perform at their best. You take ownership, find solutions proactively and have excellent attention to detail. You understand both the commercial and guest experience sides of hospitality. You communicate clearly, honestly and respectfully, are a supportive team player, and have a passion for hospitality with a desire to keep learning and progressing.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and credible, positive references from former employers.
Qualifications
Relevant hospitality management qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude, leadership skills and a commitment to excellence are key.
