We are seeking a skilled Business Improvement Officer with a passion for achieving better outcomes for children to join Children and Young People Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a range of service redesign and improvement projects.

As a self-starter with solid research experience and excellent relationship management skills, you will be a driving and influential force behind service improvement work for the Children and Young People Directorate (CYP). Your role will include developing, negotiating, and implementing credible solutions by assembling facts, weighing evidence, developing options, and presenting recommendations to decision makers.

You will bring about positive improvements enabling better outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Working collaboratively with children, young people, parents/carers, professionals, key partners, and the community, you will deliver service improvements and prepare the directorate for inspections, reviews, and audits.
