Experience
Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials. Experience working in a housing or property maintenance environment is desirable.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should have good communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. A proactive approach to health and safety is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant carpentry qualifications or certifications are preferred. CSCS card or equivalent health and safety certification is desirable.
