As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential, as is effective communication and collaboration with your team. You will also assist in menu development by working with the head chef to create and improve recipes. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role.
