As the strategic and operational lead, reporting to an Account Director, you will drive performance across multiple revenue streams, championing culinary quality, client engagement, and commercial success. You will inspire and develop high-performing teams, ensuring every touch-point reflects the sophistication and standards expected within a world-class corporate setting.

This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a passion for hospitality, a sharp commercial mindset, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional catering services at scale.

As a member of the BaxterStorey family, you will have access to a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and celebrates diversity. We invest in your development and provide ongoing training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to thrive in your role, while being dedicated to ensuring your work-life balance, enabling you to pursue your passion for hospitality while also taking care of yourself.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion excellence by elevating food and service standards across all day-parts including breakfast, lunch, and events, consistently impressing clients and customers.
- Fuel innovation by driving sales and engagement through creative, bold ideas and a hunger to do things differently.
- Own the commercials by delivering and exceeding financial targets, identifying smart ways to grow revenue while optimising cost and quality.
- Deliver weekly experiences by partnering with Culinary and Project teams to bring weekly pop-ups and all food moments to life, including managing independent “Fuel Traders.”
- Lead with energy by inspiring and motivating large, multi-site teams, leading from the front, having fun, and building a culture of pride and performance.
- React in real time by being agile and responsive, adjusting quickly to trends and customer feedback.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry and market trends to keep the operation future-focused and ahead of expectations.
- Ensure safety and security by overseeing compliance across all legislative and company standards, including health & safety and staff and stock security.
- Bring events to life by overseeing planning and flawless execution of all catering events, ensuring excellence from idea to delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and culinary leads to develop, promote, and grow services.
- Shape growth by vetting new business opportunities and ensuring commercial proposals deliver true value.

About You
- Confident and inspiring leader who thrives on human connection, energising others, building culture, and getting the best from every person.
- Problem solver and trend watcher who adapts quickly and leads with curiosity.
- Passionate about food and hospitality with a keen eye for detail and a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Natural collaborator who works seamlessly with culinary teams, creatives, and clients.
- Forward-thinking, innovative, and commercially driven with a hunger to do things differently.
