As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential.

You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, providing suggestions for new recipes and improvements. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensure equipment is in good working order. Effective communication and teamwork are key to supporting colleagues and delivering excellent service.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
