Hours
38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday. Shifts start from 4am until 2pm. Overtime available. Flexible shift pattern covering lounge operating hours from 04:00 to 22:00, with 8.5 hour shifts including early, middle and late shifts.

Salary
£15.23 per hour

As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and ensure equipment is in good working order. You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, providing suggestions for new recipes and improvements. Effective communication and teamwork are essential as you support colleagues and contribute to a high-quality food service experience.

Requirements

Experience
Minimum one year proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role. Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment is essential.

Qualifications
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices; Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable but not essential. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
