As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. You will work in an inclusive environment that encourages growth, celebrates diversity, and guarantees a good work-life balance.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
