Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
- Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
- Create a culture of excellence focused on caring service, high food standards and innovation
