As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with your team is essential, as is assisting colleagues when needed. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to menu development by working with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Motivated and hungry to learn, with a passion for culinary arts
