As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with the team and contribution to menu development by working closely with the head chef are key aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
