About the Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of financial data, supporting Location Managers and the Account Manager, and providing essential administrative support to the wider team. You will help keep financial systems running smoothly while maintaining compliance and supporting continuous improvement across departments. Your key responsibilities will include processing invoices, credits, and cost transfers in line with company procedures; entering manual invoices promptly; maintaining organised and compliant financial filing systems; developing a strong understanding of on-site financial systems; monitoring and recording wastage; preparing and sending weekly financial paperwork and reports; assisting with weekly financial forecasts; conducting monthly compliance and spot checks; investigating supplier charges; maintaining stock-take sheets; preparing backup documentation for client-billed costs; and supporting various administrative tasks such as ad-hoc reporting and onboarding.
Experience
Proven experience in a Finance Administrator or similar finance role with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive, and Outlook.
