As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential.

You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, contributing ideas for new recipes and improvements. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Effective communication and teamwork with colleagues are key to success in this role.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
