About the Role
Do you exude positivity and enjoy delivering exceptional service? As a Hospitality Assistant at BaxterStorey, you will work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Supervisor at one of our iconic venues, supporting the operations team, talented chefs, and sales staff to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and execute every detail with continuous quality and a personal touch.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and serving food and drinks to guests, maintaining clean and well-presented dining areas, preparing hospitality requests in designated meeting spaces, working independently and taking initiative, serving at licensed bars, using coffee machines, assisting with ordering and deliveries, ensuring all hospitality requirements are met, managing hired linen and equipment, and providing a 5-star fine dining experience from general hospitality to fine dining events.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience working as a hospitality assistant, preferably in the food service industry.
Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
