About the Role
Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor, and at the collection counter. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds. Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products, supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet. Build great knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.

Qualifications
You must be above the school-leaver age in your country and have the right to work eligibility in the UK. No formal qualifications are required for this role.
