About the Role
Join Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, as a Customer Service Associate working as part of a team to provide day-to-day management of the property and its community. Your role will include marketing, building maintenance, tenancy administration, and delivering an excellent resident experience to achieve occupancy and retention goals. You will support and respect team members to deliver exceptional resident living and create positive, memorable experiences. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive front of house customer service, responding to queries and complaints in line with company procedures, supporting community events and activities, and establishing relationships with University clients. You will maintain local knowledge relevant to resident needs, complete administrative tasks such as logging maintenance requests and updating databases, and undertake marketing activities including open days and leafleting. Sales and leasing duties include conducting viewings, following up on enquiries, and assisting with move-in and move-out processes. You will also complete Health and Safety compliance activities, participate in an on-call roster for out-of-hours emergency support, chase outstanding rent arrears, promote tenancy extensions and other revenue streams, raise purchase orders, ensure timely tenant refunds, and work to maximise utility efficiency.
Experience
Significant experience in a customer-facing service delivery role with excellent customer service skills.

Fluent English verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Numerical skills necessary to complete assigned activities. Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional experiences and continuously improving knowledge.
Qualifications
Good level of general education. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with databases or booking systems is desirable (training on in-house systems will be provided). Knowledge and understanding of UK Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
