About the Role
We are looking for a PASSIONATE & CREATIVE full-time Demi Chef De Partie to join our FANTASTIC kitchen team at GA KingsX, a vibrant central London Bar & Restaurant within Pullman London St Pancras. With 312 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms including the Shaw Theatre, we offer more than just a Bar and Restaurant experience. You will bring your culinary skills to our kitchen operation, working alongside a passionate team to produce food of the highest quality. Duties include carrying out preparatory work for dishes, helping train and support Commis Chefs, assisting in preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to required standards, ensuring dishes are ready for guests on time, checking food deliveries and storing items appropriately, and maintaining clean and tidy workspaces and equipment. Experience
Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is required
