About the Role
Join the Novotel London Greenwich, a 4-star hotel with 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms accommodating up to 175 guests, perfect for business, leisure, and family trips. As Food and Beverage Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service and high standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policies. Your responsibilities include managing staffing levels, rotas, attendance, departmental performance, and controlling food, beverage, labour, and operational costs. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service, support menu development, promotions, events, and new initiatives, and build strong supplier relationships to ensure value for money. Additionally, you will analyse sales, costs, and performance reports to implement improvements and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets. This role requires collaboration with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations. Requirements

Experience
Previous management experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar environment.

Qualifications
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Good IT and administrative skills.
