About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Waiter to be the face of our guests’ experience, bringing your own flavour to their table and ensuring they have a blast from start to finish. You will be responsible for rocking the set up and breakdown of the floor, service stations, and backstage areas. Greeting guests warmly, finding appropriate seating, and accommodating their requests will be key. You will own the guest experience and create unforgettable moments throughout their visit. Additional duties include checking the reservations system for bookings and special requests, stocking condiments, assisting with stock management, and cleaning all restaurant spaces including guest areas. Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards is essential to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Leydi is a modern Turkish restaurant in central London, known for its expertly-prepared mangal meat and fish, heritage grain wood-fired breads, low intervention wines, and a sophisticated yet fun ambience. Part of Hyde London City, Leydi offers a vibrant dining experience where guests enjoy punchy cocktails, magnums of wine, and an East meets West soundtrack in a lively setting.

Experience
Previous experience in a busy Front of House role is required; you genuinely care about making people feel looked after.
