About the Role
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join the team at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush. The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton hotel, located in the heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood. The hotel features 237 playfully designed bedrooms, an all-day restaurant serving Thai American comfort food, a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, a central wraparound bar, and a terrace. This role involves ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to brand standards, reporting maintenance defects, and supporting the housekeeping team. You will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, and exterior hotel spaces including guest entrances and loading bays. You will oversee linen and housekeeping supplies, maintain cleanliness on guest floors, and adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH regulations. Providing the highest level of customer care with a positive and friendly attitude is essential. Training will be provided to help you settle into your role and develop your skills.

Experience
Previous experience is not essential but attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are required.

About you
You have strong verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills. You are able to build positive relationships with colleagues and guests. You are detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. A friendly, helpful, and responsive approach to customer service is essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and adherence to Health and Safety standards including COSHH regulations are essential.
