About the Role
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join the team at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush. The hotel features 237 playfully designed bedrooms, an all-day restaurant serving Thai American comfort food, a large open lobby with vintage seating, a central wraparound bar, and a terrace. Located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, it offers a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood experience.
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring they are well presented and maintained. You will report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and public areas through KnowCross. You will also clean and maintain public and exterior areas of the hotel, including guest entrances and loading bays.
Your duties include overseeing the delivery and collection of linen and terry daily, stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and ensuring these storage areas are clean and well maintained. You will assist with other housekeeping tasks as required and ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to, including correct handling of cleaning materials in line with COSHH regulations.
Providing the highest level of customer care, you will maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, delivering a helpful and responsive service to guests. You will attend all required training sessions and assist with cleaning public and back of house areas as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous but not essential. A keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards is required.

You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards in guest rooms and public areas. A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude is essential.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but a willingness to learn and attend training sessions is essential.
