About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Head Host to join our team at Ennismore Restaurants Limited, overseeing multiple venues including Llama Inn, Il Bambini Club, and House of Louie Restaurants. Each venue offers a unique dining experience: Llama Inn features Peruvian cuisine with dishes like ceviche and lomo Saltado alongside a creative cocktail menu centered on pisco; Il Bambini Club is a lively Italian-inspired trattoria known for shared feasts and a playful atmosphere; House of Louie combines three distinct destinations under one roof—Wani Tzuki (modern Japanese izakaya), Louie (elegant French restaurant with a jazz soul), and Alligator Bar (late-night cocktail and live music venue).

As Head Host, you will create a culture of recognising and delighting guests, turning every visitor into a regular. You will lead and motivate your team by example, ensuring they feel empowered, supported, and confident to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage the CRM bookings system, keeping data accurate and overseeing restaurant bookings daily and weeks in advance. Collaboration with Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs is essential to consistently deliver excellent experiences across all venues.

Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality Host, Front of House, or Maître D management role within a busy, fast-paced environment. Proven ability to inspire trust and lead a team effectively. Experience using CRM booking systems and table management tools is essential.
