We are seeking a commercially minded, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment to elevate both performance and guest experience at one of London’s most internationally connected hotels. Pullman London St Pancras is a flagship premium hotel offering 312 contemporary bedrooms, 17 versatile meeting and event spaces including the renowned Shaw Theatre, and a vibrant food and beverage offering.
As General Manager, you will lead a commercially complex operation at the heart of one of Europe’s busiest travel hubs. You will drive commercial performance and maximise revenue opportunities across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Meetings & Events, and Shaw Theatre. You will inspire, develop, and empower a high-performing team culture where people thrive. Building exceptional relationships with ownership, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor while delivering against financial objectives, investment plans, and long-term asset value.
Additionally, you will represent the hotel externally, building strategic partnerships across the London market and strengthening Pullman’s presence within the local business and hospitality community.

Experience
Proven experience leading large premium or upscale hotels operating within a complex, high-volume hospitality environment.
