About the Role
As our next Front Office Team Leader, you will oversee all front office activities, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest services. You will manage Group Reservations and contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach. You will address guest complaints that have not been resolved by team members, providing swift solutions. Assisting Management in developing and implementing new procedures as needed will be part of your role. You will ensure effective and efficient communication processes daily, maintaining service standards. Supporting ongoing On-the-Job Training Programs within the department to align with Brand and Service Standards is essential. You will guide new staff through their initial induction into the team and department, following established guidelines. Collaborating with Management to cultivate a cohesive team that works with trust and accountability to achieve departmental and hotel goals is key. Additionally, you will promote the ALL Accor loyalty program to guests. Requirements

Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office department is required. Proficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera Cloud, is essential.

You must have a service-focused personality with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail are necessary. You should be able to perform effectively under pressure and demonstrate flexibility with working hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifications
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa if applicable. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process.
