About the Role
This is an exciting time for the London Borough of Bexley as we are at the heart of regeneration and change as London moves east. We are looking to attract an ambitious Deputy Area Team Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of a team of planning officers and to lead on a caseload of large scale and complex planning applications. The role is key to delivering the Council’s strategic corporate priorities, supporting growth through new homes and town centre regeneration. You will join a dynamic, high-performing, and friendly team committed to meeting the Borough’s growth ambitions. Experience
Substantial experience working within Development Management, particularly dealing with large scale and complex schemes. Experience leading, mentoring officers, and determining planning applications is essential.

Qualifications
