About the Role
Are you passionate about careers education for young people? Join the Local London Careers Hub, a successful East London initiative supporting over 222 secondary schools including special schools, PRUs, and colleges, alongside over 170 employers. We are recruiting for various Enterprise Coordinator positions across the Local London region.

This rewarding and varied role involves working strategically and collaboratively with Careers Leaders to improve careers programmes for young people, linking careers provision to employers and future career opportunities. You will engage with Senior Leaders in schools and colleges, as well as business volunteers, as part of a Careers Hub team funded by the Mayor of London and the Careers and Enterprise Company.

You will benefit from excellent professional development and ongoing training to enhance your skills, knowledge, and networks. The role operates within a hybrid working model, combining in-person and virtual meetings, with travel required across nine boroughs as needed.

Experience
Experience working in or with schools, colleges, and employers is essential. Proven ability to manage your own caseload and projects effectively.

Self-starter with excellent people skills and a passion for supporting young people’s careers education. Able to work strategically and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Comfortable with hybrid working and travelling across multiple boroughs.
