Negotiable, £14.80 per hour plus service charge

About the Role
We are seeking a fun and passionate Part-time Evening Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team at MAM London, part of Novotel London Blackfriars. In this role, you will greet customers, make menu suggestions, answer questions about beverages and food, and prepare drinks including cocktails, spirits, soft drinks, beers, and coffees. You will take orders and send them to kitchen staff through the POS system, ensure quality service in the dining room, serve meals, prepare bills, balance daily transactions, take reservations, and greet take-out counter customers. You will also apply health and safety regulations, comply with equipment usage and maintenance guidelines, and ensure your work area is clean at all times.

Experience
Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and passion for hospitality are key.
