About the Role
The Agentforce Field Service Specialist at Salesforce serves as the primary strategic driver for complex deal execution. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's technology landscape and aligning Field Service capabilities to achieve their business outcomes. This role requires owning the technical vision by translating complex business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps that leverage resource and asset management, scheduling, and mobile technologies effectively. You will provide technical leadership and strategic domain expertise in Field Service, communicating its value and product differentiation while demonstrating how it helps customers meet their objectives.
Key responsibilities include performing targeted demos on specific use cases, architecting final solutions, and leading the end-to-end process of proving how Salesforce Field Service & Operations solutions deliver transformative business value. You will demonstrate deep familiarity with scheduling in mobile, asset management, and integration technologies, understand the market landscape and competition, and establish Salesforce's Field Service solution as the best choice to meet customer needs.
Additional responsibilities involve providing actionable technical recommendations to clients, leading technical design sessions, fostering customer champions, presenting executive-level product demonstrations, translating business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps, and managing technical due diligence and risk management processes to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture focusing on field service, asset management, or mobile workforce solutions
- Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex, enterprise-scale deployments
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps
- Strong executive presence with experience delivering product demonstrations and technical recommendations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical due diligence and risk assessment in complex deal cycles
- Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns relevant to field service environments (APIs, middleware, IoT)
- Experience in competitive positioning and understanding of the field service technology landscape
About You
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including scheduling optimization, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration
- Ability to foster and develop customer champions and establish technical credibility with clients and account partners
- Comfortable working in or alongside customer success, professional services, or consulting teams
- Background in industries with heavy field service operations such as utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, or telecommunications is preferred
- Familiarity with Agentforce, AI-driven scheduling, or agentic workflow automation is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect
