About the Role
The Front of House Manager supports the Community and Assistant Manager in the daily front of house operations, supervising the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in achieving leasing and occupancy goals to drive revenue targets. Leading by example, you will foster positive, professional relationships and create a vibrant, welcoming community for residents.
Key responsibilities include acting as a role model by demonstrating core values, motivating the team to meet NPS objectives and occupancy targets, overseeing daily property activities, and ensuring brand standards are upheld. You will collaborate with marketing to develop local strategies, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and promote resident satisfaction through timely responses and service improvements.
Additional duties involve managing leasing processes, tenancy management, rent collection, and coordinating with facilities to maintain property standards. You will assist in health and safety compliance, support investor relations through timely reporting, and participate in an on-call roster for emergency support. Ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations is essential to this role.
Experience
Proven experience in leading and motivating a team within a similar management environment, with a strong track record of delivering service excellence. Demonstrable ability to coach and mentor team members, identify talent, develop capabilities, and support succession planning.

Qualifications
Good general education. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with property operations software is preferred but training will be provided.
