We are seeking consultative and creative recruiters to grow and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) team, which includes Sales, Marketing and Sales Development, GTM and Product Operations, and Professional Services. These teams are expanding in the region to bring new users onto the Stripe platform, support existing users’ growth, and scale their businesses.

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You will thrive as a builder in a learning environment, unafraid to try new approaches, embrace new ideas, and iterate on processes.

Experience
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in-house recruiting.
Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
Strong drive to identify and engage top talent, fostering candidate relationships.
Experience utilizing data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes.
Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities in response to changing circumstances.

About you
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English.
Consultative and creative mindset with a passion for building scalable recruiting strategies.
Ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Comfortable conducting market research and analysis to inform recruiting strategies in the EMEA region.

Qualifications
Minimum 4 years relevant recruiting experience as outlined above.
Preferred qualifications are a bonus but not required.
