Your responsibilities will include leading, inspiring, collaborating, and supporting your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards, building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing your team through mentoring and training, and achieving business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role. You can demonstrate that managing, training, and supporting a team has been an important part of your career to date.

You have an obsession for food and creating experiences. Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance. You possess excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. You have meticulous organizational abilities and a high attention to detail, along with empathetic, clear, and highly effective verbal and written communication skills. You can adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective and demonstrate excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
