About the Role

We are seeking passionate and resilient individuals to join our specialist homelessness prevention service, supporting families and pregnant people facing homelessness. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will:
- Assess the circumstances and needs of households facing homelessness
- Identify practical and sustainable housing solutions
- Work collaboratively with partners to prevent and relieve homelessness
You will be based at our office in Wembley on a rota basis, with the flexibility to work from home on some days. This is a front-line role requiring attendance at the Wembley office depending on the rota.
Knowledge and experience in the homelessness sector is not essential as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding career in the sector.
