About the Role
We are seeking a committed and well-organised Inclusion Officer to support the effective coordination of Enfield’s Fair Access and pupil exclusion processes. This important role involves organising and minuting Fair Access Panels, liaising with schools, families and partner agencies, and providing clear advice and guidance regarding suspensions, permanent exclusions and the placement of vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring children and young people are supported appropriately and that statutory processes are followed accurately and consistently.
You will contribute to inclusion, fairness and improved educational outcomes across the borough by managing sensitive information professionally and working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience
Experience of working in education, local government or a related public service setting is desirable. Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and contribute to positive outcomes for pupils at risk of exclusion is advantageous.
