About Kedleston Group and Arc School Old Arley
Opened in 2015, Arc School Old Arley is an independent special day school situated within a rural village near Nuneaton, offering children and young people opportunities to engage in a range of community activities. The school emphasizes outdoor learning and partnerships with other organisations to enrich opportunities for children and young people. Arc School Old Arley is part of Kedleston Group, specialising in specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Requirements

Experience
Experience teaching KS2 and KS3 curriculum. Experience working with children with SEND and ASC is ideal but applications from those working in mainstream settings are very welcome.

About you
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.

Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required. A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
