Hours
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
You will be required to work a combination of early and late shifts. The earliest start is 04:30 with the latest finish time of 22:30. All shifts are for 8 hours.
It is important to live within a commutable distance from the airport if relying on public transport, considering the start and finish times. Free car parking is provided for those who drive.

About the Role
As a Lounge Host at the British Airways Lounges, you will be the face of our bespoke operation, delivering professional, 5-star hospitality catering and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. You will greet customers warmly, create a welcoming atmosphere, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly with great attention to detail.
You will handle customer complaints professionally and courteously, maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge, including clearing, sweeping, mopping, and sanitising tables and service areas regularly.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring and restocking supplies, assisting with inventory checks, fostering a positive team environment, and adhering to COSHH regulations and dress code policies.
Strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations is essential to maintain a safe and clean environment.
As this role is based at Heathrow Airport, mandatory pre-employment checks are required, including 5 years of verifiable employment history, a UK DBS check, and if applicable, an overseas Police Clearance Certificate.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar customer service role is preferred, ideally within a café, hotel, or restaurant setting.
