As a Maintenance Team Member, you will perform a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for guests.

You will ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance and work alongside the Maintenance Manager to ensure all upkeep and repair tasks are completed to the hotel’s quality standards. Your responsibilities will include preventative maintenance, regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel, managing maintenance projects, and supervising team members and contractors to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a pleasant and safe environment for colleagues, guests, and visitors.

Additional training is provided with the possibility to join Engineer Trust Training after a 3-month probationary period, including Level 2 – Property Maintenance Operative and Level 3 – Building Services and Maintenance Engineer courses.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in hotel maintenance is required. Right to work in the UK is mandatory; no visa sponsorship is provided.

About you
You should have a good understanding of building maintenance and be capable of managing projects and supervising teams. Strong attention to safety and quality standards is essential. You are expected to provide support and instructions to team members and oversee contractors to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

Qualifications
Additional training will be provided, including opportunities to complete Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in property maintenance and building services engineering after probation.
