Are you a multi-skilled tradesperson looking for your next challenge? At Arcus FM, we're seeking a dedicated Minor Works Technician to join our growing Field Operations team. This exciting role involves taking ownership of varied minor works projects across South London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for scoping, quoting, and delivering additional contract works, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will build strong client relationships, identify future opportunities, and play a key role in delivering high-quality building and repair works.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of minor works projects including groundworks, civils, drainage, tarmacking, painting, decorating, plastering, carpentry, bricklaying, fencing, plumbing, and roof repairs
- Secure and quote for extra contract work ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and client expectations

Experience
Proven experience across multiple trades such as plastering, plumbing, carpentry, and bricklaying
Solid understanding of general construction principles

Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence required
Recognised NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade discipline desirable
